Managing your rental property online has never been easier with the KAIZEN Tenant Portal. Follow these steps to activate your account and enjoy a streamlined experience:

Step-by-Step Guide to Setting Up Your Tenant Portal

1. Receive Activation Link
   • Look for an Online Portal Activation email or text message from KAIZEN Realty.
   • Click the “Activate Now” link provided to begin the setup process.
2. Create Your Password
   • Set up a secure and strong password during the activation process to protect your account.
3. Self Sign-Up Option
   • If you did not receive the activation link, visit our portal at Tenant Portal Login to request access.
4. Mobile App Access
   • For easy access on the go, download our mobile app:
     • iOS Users: Download from the App Store®.
     • Android Users: Download from Google Play.
5. Enhance Security with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
   • Navigate to the Account Profile tab within your portal.
   • Enable 2FA and follow these steps:
     • Activate 2FA: Scan the QR code or input the code manually using an authenticator app like Authy.
     • Confirm Activation: Enter the 6-digit code generated by the app and click “Activate.”
   • Contact your property manager if you encounter any login issues.
